The programme

The aim of the Upgrading Micro & Small Enterprises for the development of their capacities in new markets programmeis to support existing very small and small enterprises operating in 8 strategic priority areas of the Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship, Innovation OP (EPANEK), in order to upgrade their competitive position by investing in the modernisation or reconfiguration of their services.

The strategic priority areas of the (ERDF) are:

Businesses will be strengthened in order to upgrade themselves through increased investment in their technological and commercial modernization, the adoption of the use of ICT, the increase in the degree of standardization and certification of products, the development of quality integrated services, the improvement of the quality of products and services offered. Who it concerns

Beneficiaries of the Action Upgrading micro & small enterprises to develop their capacities in new markets is υφιστάμενες και νέες πολύ μικρές και μικρές επιχειρήσεις, οι οποίες λειτουργούν αποκλειστικά με μία από τις ακόλουθες μορφές: επιχειρήσεις εταιρικού/εμπορικού χαρακτήρα (Public Limited Company, Limited Liability Company, General Partnership, Limited Liability Company and Private Limited Company, Sole Proprietorship, Cooperatives, Social Cooperative Enterprise of Law 4019/2011-KOINSEP).

Επιλέξιμες είναι οι:

Υφιστάμενες επιχειρήσεις που δραστηριοποιούνται στους 8 στρατηγικούς τομείς προτεραιότητας και τηρούν βιβλία Β΄ και Γ’ κατηγορίας, οι οποίες μέχρι 31/12/2015 έχουν κλεισμένες δύο ή περισσότερες διαχειριστικές χρήσεις ή
Νέες επιχειρήσεις που δραστηριοποιούνται στους 8 στρατηγικούς τομείς προτεραιότητας και δεν εμπίπτουν στην ως άνω κατηγορία των υφιστάμενων και έχουν συσταθεί μέχρι 31/12/2015
Διαθέτουν μέχρι 31/12/2015 δραστηριότητα σε έναν τουλάχιστον επιλέξιμο ΚΑΔ και
At the time of approval of the investment project, they shall have the SMR relating to the investment project, if this is different from the SMR(s) in which the company already operates.

Ετυμολογική ερμηνεία για την κατηγορία ΜΜΕ

A small enterprise is defined as an enterprisewhich employs fewer than 50 employees and whose annual turnover or total annual balance sheet does not exceed EUR 10 million. euros
A very small enterprise is defined as one that employs fewer than 10 employees and whose annual turnover or total annual balance sheet does not exceed EUR 2 million. euros

Program budget

The budget amounts to a total of EUR 130 million. (Public Expenditure) and will be implemented through two (2) rounds of the notice:

Amount of subsidy

For the programme Upgrading micro, small enterprises to develop their capacities in new markets the grant ranges from 15.000€ to 200.000€.

The funding covers 40% of eligible costs and is increased by 10%, reaching 50% in case of recruitment of new staff.

Ο επιχορηγούμενος προϋπολογισμός κάθε επενδυτικής πρότασης δυνητικού δικαιούχου ενίσχυσης δεν δύναται να υπερβαίνει τον κύκλο εργασιών του έτους 2015

Κατά τη διαμόρφωση του προτεινόμενου επιχορηγούμενου εξοπλισμού από την επιχείρηση είναι υποχρεωτική η σύνδεση των αιτούμενων δαπανών με τις παρακάτω κατηγορίες επιλέξιμων δαπανών:
Κτίρια, εγκαταστάσεις και περιβάλλων χώρος έως 40%

κτιριακές εργασίες, ηλεκτρομηχανολογικές, και ειδικές εγκαταστάσεις στους χώρους παραγωγής, αποθήκευσης, διάθεσης και διοίκησης επιχειρήσεων.
Παρεμβάσεις για τη βελτίωση, αναβάθμιση και διαμόρφωση περιβάλλοντος χώρου.

Μηχανήματα – Εξοπλισμός έως 90%

Προμήθεια- μεταφορά εγκατάσταση νέων σύγχρονών μηχανημάτων και συστημάτων αυτοματοποίησης
Δαπάνες μετεγκατάστασης επιχειρήσεων
Αγορά- μεταγορά-εγκατάσταση εξοπλισμού και συστημάτων για τη προστασία του περιβάλλοντος
Αναβάθμιση τεχνολογικών υποδομών- εγκατάσταση νέων μηχανημάτων πληροφορικής
Κόστη αδειών χρήσης λογισμικού ή σύμβασης παροχής υπηρεσιών για μέχρι ένα έτος από το χρόνο προμήθειας
Costs of adopting cloud computing services
Κόστος για την εγκατάσταση και τυχόν παραμετροποίηση λογισμικού καθώς και το κόστος εκπαίδευσης λογισμικού.

Άϋλες Δαπάνες έως 100%(μέχρι 100.000 ευρώ)

Μελέτη και σύνταξη εγχειριδίων για την ανάπτυξη και πιστοποίηση διαχειριστικών συστημάτων στις διοικητικές, οικονομικές και παραγωγικές δραστηριότητες των επιχειρήσεων από διαπιστευμένους φορείς
Πιστοποίηση και τυποποίηση τελικών προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών σύμφωνα με αναγνωρισμένα πρότυπα
Σχεδιασμός νέων προϊόντων ετικέτας και συσκευασίας
Πιστοποίηση ηλεκτρομηχανολογικών εγκαταστάσεων κτιρίων- μετρήσεις απόδοσης και επαλήθευσης.

40% up to 24.000€ as follows: 12.000€ per PTE (existing and/or new) and up to two PTEs

Duration of Implementation of Investment Plan
Η προθεσμία ολοκλήρωσης των χρηματοδοτούμενων επενδύσεων may not exceed forty-two (42) months and one hundred and thirty-two (132) days in total from the date of issue of the decision of inclusion. In the event that a deadline set out above expires on a non-working day, it shall be extended until the first working day.

Exceptionally, especially and only for those investment projects for which the date of the decision of inclusion in the Action is later than 11-06-2020, the deadline for their completion cannot exceed forty-two (42) months from the date of adoption of the Decision of Inclusion.

Όταν με βάση τις ανωτέρω ορισθείσες χρονικές διάρκειες υλοποίησης των επενδυτικών έργων οι προβλεπόμενες ημερομηνίες ολοκλήρωσης του φυσικού και οικονομικού αντικειμένου είναι μεταγενέστερες της 31-12-2023, τότε ορίζεται ως καταληκτική ημερομηνία ολοκλήρωσης η 31-12-2023.
