Simplification for business licensing

It is based on the institution of self-compliance, the measures under consideration concern every type of permit (installation, operation, establishment, environment). That is, there will be no ex ante checks but during the operation of the business, by certified bodies.

The authorisation will be handled by a central electronic management system. The aim is, in many cases, for authorisation procedures to be completed electronically on the same day.
