The front-end and back-end development programs emphasize high-demand technologies -Java & Spring in back-end development and HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular in front-end development- in order for participants to obtain the knowledge required to enter or re-enter the work environment.

Participants will work on real projects, building a strong portfolio that will be useful in their careers, while mentors from the technology and business world will provide support and guidance throughout. Upon completion of the bootcamps, participants will receive a certificate of attendance and the career week will follow, with representatives of companies that are hiring directly. The submission of applications has already started and will remain open until 5 September 2023. Applications will be evaluated and accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Eleni Aktipi, managing director

"Our vision for an equitable technology world includes empowerment of women at every stage of their careers and continuous cooperation with teams, companies and organisations, to ensure that the the path to leadership is open to all women. We are excited to take the first step in making our vision a reality. Η Option of the specific Programs was made with based on the demand that exists in the labour market, the future prospects of the area, as well as the low percentage of women in such roles - under 20%. We look forward to welcoming the first #weLEADERs and future ambassadors of a world where every woman's voice will resonate in the evolution of the technological industry".
