The programme

The Action We do business outside aims to promote the extroversion of Greek companies.  manufacturing  enterprises that are already developing export activity, through their participation in trade fairs organised in the EU and in third countries.

Who it concerns

Beneficiaries of the Action

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, which before the date of online submission of the funding application:

- have completed at least one (1) financial year of twelve months' duration
- have eligible Activity Code Numbers (ACNs), which relate to products they wish to promote through their participation in - trade fairs
- already produce/process these products
- are already engaged in export activity and at least 2% of their annual turnover is derived from exports of products they produce/process

Eligible - subsidised expenditure

1) Participation in trade fairs outside the Greek Territory, with the following eligible expenses:

- Cost of participation and registration/registration in the Exhibition catalogue
- Travel and subsistence expenses up to four (4) representatives of the company that will participate in each trade fair, including air tickets and individual travel to and from the exhibition site
- Accommodation in the country where the exhibition is taking place
- Pavilion rental, construction/configuration costs and equipment rental (e.g. audiovisual equipment)
- Cost of shipping and return of exhibits, including insurance costs
- Fees of specialised external collaborators necessary for the management/operation of the pavilion (e.g. interpreter, pavilion guard, etc.)
- Cost of design and translation of brochure(s)

The budget per trade fair is as follows:

Up to EUR 20,000 per exhibition in the case of participation with a stand up to 20 m2, with a maximum amount of public subsidy 10.000 euros
Up to €35,000 per exhibition in the case of participation with a stand up to 50 m2, with a maximum amount of public subsidy 17.500 euros
Up to €50,000 per exhibition in the case of participation with a stand over 50 m2, with a maximum amount of public aid 25.000 euros

2) Management and Monitoring of the project implementation
Eligible are the costs of monitoring and management services up to 1.000,00 €.

Funded Budget per Funding Request
Any undertaking may submit an application for budget funding up to EUR 100.000.

Expenditure is eligible from the date of online submission of the funding application until 30.6.2023. The submission of the application for Final Verification - Certification by the Beneficiaries, including the supporting documents and deliverables, may not exceed 31.8.2023.

Important dates

The start date for online submission is 18.01.18.

The funding application must be submitted by the potential beneficiaries electronically through the State Aid Management Information System (PASKE) ( www.ependyseis.gr/mis ).

The invitation will remain ανοιχτή προς υποβολή αιτήσεων μέχρι εξαντλήσεως του διαθέσιμου προϋπολογισμού και το αργότερο μέχρι τη συμπλήρωση δεκαοκτώ (18) μηνών από την αρχική δημοσίευσή της.
