“Productive Green Economy Investments – Produc-E Green”: Extension of the application deadline

The deadline for submitting applications is extended on the platform (https://producegreen.gov.gr/) of the action: “Produc-e Green” until March 15, 2024 at 23:59, with subject to exhaustion of available resources.

The extension is considered necessary for the smooth completion of the program, as well as due to the addition of the following Eligible Codes Activity Numbers Activity (KAD):

  • 32: Manufacture of other electronic and electrical wires and cables
  • 11: Shipbuilding and floating structures. Only valid for zero CO2 boats, maximum length up to 41 meters, capacity up to 350 passengers and 15 cars
  • 32: Retrieve selected material. Applies to the recovery of raw materials from photovoltaic panels

The “Produc-e Green” action

The action “Produc-e Green” concerns the reinforcement of investment plans for the production of products in the sector of the green industry, with an emphasis on the production sector and the chain of electric mobility, renewable energy sources as well as products and goods intended for saving energy.

The objective of the action is technological, productive, administrative and organizational upgradation, as well as innovative and outgoing development and growth, with the ultimate goal of strengthening the competitive position of productive businesses in the domestic and international market.

The potential beneficiaries of the action are legal entities that either belong to SMEs, or large companies (with the exception of those specifically defined in the applicable special article of the GAS) which will have at the start of the investment project at least one of the eligible KADs of Annex I of the Action’s GPA, as the main activity.

Subsidiary Investment Plans should:

  • fall into the field of manufacturing
  • are included in specific KAD of Annex I of the action’s GMP
  • have an integrated nature of initial investment and
  • belong to one of the following categories:
    • Create new module
    • Expansion of the capacity of an existing unit
    • Diversification of a unit’s output into products never produced or services not provided by it
    • Fundamental change of the entire production process of an existing unit

The intensities of the reinforcement of the investment plans are determined according to the defined articles of the GAS and vary, among others, according to the type of expenses and the size of the company.
