Το Υπουργείο Οικονομίας και Ανάπτυξης ανακοίνωσε την προκήρυξη του β' κύκλου της Δράσης: Ενίσχυση της αυτοαπασχόλησης Πτυχιούχων Τριτοβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης, με προϋπολογισμό 80 εκατ. euro.

The action is the continuation of the first cycle and aims to support higher education graduates who wish to pursue a professional activity related to their scientific subject. In the second cycle, the beneficiaries are expanded as in addition to self-employed and unemployed, salaried graduates will also be able to participate.

The program aims to support higher education graduates, unemployed, employees and self-employed, to start / support the exercise of professional activity related to their specialty in an independent professional space. The aim of the program is to enhance the self-employment of graduates and the creation of new jobs.

The action of the second cycle is funded with a total amount 80 million euros (Public Expenditure) and is distributed by group of Regions and by category of Beneficiaries A) New Enterprises (60%) and B) Existing Enterprises (40%).

Δικαιούχοι της δράσης: Ενίσχυση της αυτοαπασχόλησης Πτυχιούχων Τριτοβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης - Β' κύκλος

Graduates of Universities / Technological Educational Institutes or of an equivalent school in Greece or abroad (recognized by DOATAP) or holders of recognition of professional qualifications, from SAEI or SAEP. Also, degrees from Schools of Theater and Dance recognized by the Ministry of Education. Culture as tertiary and graduates of music schools recognized by the State

Special attention: The first degree must have been obtained after 1 January 1995.

The following may participate:

• Category of Beneficiaries A: Unemployed, registered in the unemployment registers of OAED, employees (full-time or part-time or seasonal), existing entrepreneurs who will set up a new company with unemployed or employees.
• Category of Beneficiaries B: Existing individual entrepreneurs (self-employed) who are already engaged in a professional activity related to their specialty (degree), as well as collaborations between them.

They are subsidized for:

Creation, organization, support and operation of a new or existing business, related to their studies.

They are subsidized by:

• 5,000 euros to 25,000 euros for a beneficiary with a sole proprietorship,
• €5,000 to €40,000 for two-person partnerships
• 5,000 euros to 50,000 euros for collaborations of three or more people.

100% of the eligible costs shall be financed.

Ενίσχυση της αυτοαπασχόλησης πτυχιούχων - Βασικές προϋποθέσεις συμμετοχής:

I. Income criteria
For those interested in applying, the following applies:
• For category A, the average of contribution income for the tax years 2015, 2014 & 2013, not to exceed according to their marital status in the tax year 2015 the €22,000 for personal income or €35,000 for family income.
• For category B, the above applies for category A as well as the average of the total gross income from business activity for the years 2015, 2014 & 2013 should not exceed 40,000 euros.

II. Subsidy from programs in the past
The interested party must not have been included in co-funded programs as an individual entrepreneur / businessman or partner in a subsidized company, from 1/1/2013 until the date of submission of the application for funding, except for training programs.

ΙΙΙ. Not to participate as a partner in other companies and not to exercise or exert a dominant influence on other enterprises of any legal form from 1/1/2015 and throughout the period of implementation of the business plan. The holding of shares of companies listed on the Stock Exchange is excluded.

IV. Not to have the status of an individual entrepreneur upon submission of the application for funding and not have ceased their business activity (as sole proprietors) from 1/1/2017 until the date of submission of the application for funding (Condition for Category A).

3 Online submission cycles

The start of the online submission is set on 5.7.2017. Electronic submission can be done in 3 different periods which are the following:
• 1st submission period: Start 5.7.2017 - End 9.8.2017
• 2nd submission period: Start 6.9.2017 - End 11.10.2017
• 3rd submission period: Start 8.11.2017 - End 13.12.2017

Ι. Οι αιτήσεις χρηματοδότησης υποβάλλονται ΜΟΝΟ ηλεκτρονικά μέσω του δικτυακού τόπου: www.ependyseis.gr.

ΙΙ. The eligible costs are the costs from the date of adoption of the Decision on the Provisional List of Potential Beneficiaries, up to 24 months from the date of their inclusion.

III. Each potential beneficiary has the right to submit in only one application period. Potential beneficiaries who have been included in the framework of the first cycle of the Action, do not have the right to submit in the framework of the second cycle of the Action, on pain of rejection of the submitted application for funding in the second cycle of the Action.
