Save 2023 and Save – Renovate for young people: Applications extended to 15 November
Specifically, the new application deadline for potential beneficiaries is set as November 15, 2023 (from September 15, 2023, which was the previous deadline).
Funding applications are submitted only online and mandatory, through the official websites of the programs: https://exoikonomo2023.gov.gr and https://exoikonomoneon.gov.gr respectively. It is noted that during the stage of submitting the application it is not required to present a physical folder with supporting documents. The latter are attached by the candidate electronically.
The Economo
With a graduated subsidy from 45% to 90% of the amount of eligible energy interventions, while the remaining amount can be covered by an interest-free loan.
The amount of eligible expenditure can reach up to €22,500. The following are eligible:
- Replacement of frames
- thermal insulation
- heating – cooling systems
- hot water supply systems using renewable energy sources
- Smarthome home electrical appliances
Beneficiaries – conditions of the Home Economics – Renovate for Youth program
All young people born from 01/01/1984 to 31/12/2005, with a family income of up to 50,000 euros, have the right to participate in the program “Eskoyonamo – Renovate for Young People”, and up to 20,000 euros for their inclusion in Renovate.The program allows only one application per beneficiary.
In order to join the Renovate scheme, you must first join the ExoEconomy scheme.
Also, one application will be accepted for each eligible home. The aim of the program is to to save primary energy by at least 30% and upgrading the energy class by at least three energy classes compared to the existing classification.
The beneficiaries should be owners of the property, with any right in rem and occupy it, or be full owners, or beneficiaries and let it, to join the I save.
Beneficiaries must have a right of full ownership / usufruct of at least 50% in order to join the Renovate. Diminished ownership is excluded.
<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-in order to participate in the Economize – Renovate for Youth program, you must:-have access codes to TAXISnet.
-in case there are pending “settlements” of arbitrary urban planning in the property, the inclusion in a legalization law should have preceded the submission of the application to the program. A later declaration will only be accepted if there is a discrepancy of up to 7 sq m. Also, the declaration for the Electronic Building Identity must be in final affiliation.
-before submitting the application to the program, pending issues in the settlement of the income tax return (E1), the property rental statement (E2) or the property data declaration (E9) must have been settled. The power supply number should be indicated on all three forms.
– in case of acquisition of a property after 31/12/2021, the data in the E9 must have been amended beforehand.
-if there are multiple co-owners in an eligible home, only the co-owner who owns the home will be eligible to participate in the program. If the property is occupied by a third party, the co-owner will be entitled to participate in the program with full ownership / usufruct in rem (not freehold).
-if there are more beneficiaries in the property, the consent of the joint tenants must be ensured and the power supply number must be correctly indicated in their E9.
– issue an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for the property and formulate the proposal for energy saving interventions.
