The third (3rd) amendment of the Decision of Inclusion of Beneficiary Enterprises in the framework of the Action: support for start-up businesses of the National Register "Elevate Greece" to address the pandemic Covid-19 of EPANEK has been published. The Decision concerns the inclusion of an additional fifty-eight (58) beneficiaries, with a total public expenditure of EUR 3,443,933.01.
The Elevate Greece National Register Support for Start-ups to tackle the Covid-19 pandemic is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) . Also from National Resources under the Operational Programme "Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship and Innovation (EPANEK)" of the NSRF 2014-2020.
Their funding will be provided by the CBA 2021ΣE11910005 of the Act with code 5085305, "Support for Start-ups of National Registry "Elevate Greece" to tackle the pandemic Covid19 in the Operational Programme "Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship and Innovation 2014- 2020". The budget amounts to EUR 60.000.000.
Obligations of beneficiaries
The special conditions deriving from the aid regime as well as the obligations arising from the ESET Regulations bind each beneficiary and are described in the Detailed Call for Action, as applicable. The implementation of each project will be carried out in accordance with what is defined in the corresponding Technical Annex of the Project. Also to any modifications thereof.
The beneficiaries of the projects, which are included in accordance with this decision, have the possibility to submit an electronic objection against the above decision once, (through the SAIS in the field "OBJECTIONS"), within an exclusive period of seven / 7 working days, from the day after the publication of the results on the website of the Greek Greek Orthodox Church (www.gsrt.gr), and of EYD EPANEK (www.antagonistikotita.gr) in order to be considered by the Appeals Committee. The procedure is provided for in chapter 10.4 "Procedure of Objections" of the Detailed Call for Action.

Decision to reject funding applications (third amendment) of the Elevate Greece action
The third (3rd) Decision of Rejection of Funding Applications under the Action: ' Elevate Greece' - Support for National Registry Start-ups to tackle the Covid-19 pandemic of the EPANEK has been published, regarding the rejection of nine (9) funding applications, with a total public expenditure of 731.355,99 euros.
The funding applications with project codes: ΒGEGR-0414595 , ΒGEGR-0385361 , ΒGEGR-0416945, ΒGEGR-0395367, ΒGEGR-0374153, ΒGEGR-0433443, ΒGEGR-0429913, ΒGEGR-0433750, ΒGEGR-0410728 were also submitted to the Commission August 31, 2021 at 10:35 pm, are deemed ineligible for funding. These applications did not meet the conditions for participation in their entirety.

The businesses of the above funding applications that are rejected have the option of submitting an electronic objection against this decision. The tension is done through SAIS. Condition to be submitted within an exclusive period of seven / 7 working calendar days, from the day after its issue.
