With new trainings and partnerships, the 9th cycle of the Corporate Responsibility Programme is taking place Project Future of Piraeus Bank. A program which is implemented in partnership with ReGeneration. The program connects higher education with the labor market and provides young and new graduates with the skills they need for their career advancement.

"We have been consistently implementing Project Future since 2018, supporting the new generation and investing in quality education which is a key factor for the country's sustainable development. More than 4,400 young men and women were trained in the four years of the program. Our concern is to renew and develop the program in each cycle in order to responds with claims to the requirements of the modern labor market".
In the 9th cycle, which takes place digitally, young men and women, graduates of higher education from all over Greece can participate.
They have the opportunity to train in one of the following specializations:
- Digital Marketing & ecommerce young practitioners powered by EY
- Java - Spring – Microservices by Code.Hub
- Banking Consulting by Accenture
- Cloud Engineering by Accenture
- Tourism Front Office by BCA COLLEGE
- IT Recruitment Academy by Code.Hub
The new cycle is enriched with two new, modern trainings. Banking Consulting and Cloud Engineering in collaboration with Accenture, one of the world's leading business services companies, specializing, among others, in IT and consulting.
The first part of the training includes three masterclasses, which aim to enrich the skills of all participants:
- Digital Transformation (in collaboration with Code.Hub): Enables those who participate to learn the cycle of actions needed to complete the transformation of a company and at the same time acquire practical skills in business functions
- Financial Literacy (in collaboration with the Institute of Financial Literacy): Enables participants to attend basic financial principles
- Metaverse (in collaboration with Dimitris Dimitriadis): Connection and audience participation between the physical and digital/metaverse worlds
According to the 9the cycle of the program continues n cooperation with the LinkedIn Learning, LinkedIn's online learning platform, through which all the candidates and the candidates of the program, they receive one free license that will give them access to more than 9,500 courses in Business, Technology and Creative fields. Through Project Future, 13,630 licenses have already been granted.
After completing the training, the resumes of graduates are posted on his platform ReGeneration. Remain available on 1,050 partner businesses in ReGeneration's network, for a year. Goal n their absorption into job, with at least six month contract and minimum salary 800 euros gross.
To date, 8 cycles have been implemented, in collaboration with ReGeneration, through which:
- 4,433 young women and men were trained
- 1,548 of them were specialized through Project Future trainings
- 2,375 graduates of the Project Future and ReGeneration trainings have so far found a position in the Greek labor market while the recruitment process is ongoing
Piraeus Bank's Project Future is being implemented in collaboration with ReGeneration , the largest youth training and employment programme in Greece. Valuable partners of Piraeus Bank for the successful conduct of the 9th cycle of the program are Google, LinkedIn learning, Accenture, EY, Code.Hub, BCA COLLEGE, the Institute of Financial Literacy, Dimitris Dimitriadis, the Company of Senior Executives of Business (EASE), the University of Crete and the SEV association of businesses and industries.
