With the aim of reducing the digital gender gap, the equal opportunities in the labour market and Getting more young women into organic jobs in the technology sector, where they are significantly under-represented, EY Greece and ReGeneration created ReGeneration academy for Women in data engineering powered by EY .

According to the European Commission's Digital Skills for 2020, Greece is ranked 26th. Only 16.4% of women report being skilled professionals employed in the IT and technology sector.

Η εξειδικευμένη αυτή ακαδημία θα εφοδιάσει τις υποψήφιες με γνώσεις και εμπειρία που θα τις καταστήσουν ανταγωνιστικές Data Engineers. Παράλληλα θα συμβάλλει σε ένα συμπεριληπτικό εργασιακό οικοσύστημα.

The training program includes an intensive practical training:

• The theoretical principles and practical dimension of data collection and storage
• The creation of data structures
• The use of databases and the implementation of architectural databases
• Exporting, converting and uploading data (Data Integration, ETL) to Data Warehouses

The program has a duration of 100 teaching hours in 6 weeks and will take place online in a digital classroom environment, under the guidance of Code.Hub.

Applications will remain open until November 23, 2021, at 14:00.
