The 6-week online program exclusively for Greek start-up founders worldwide is dynamically coming to the field of innovation. European Startup Universe Greece is a non-profit program. It gives free of charge the opportunity for Greek start-ups΄technology to network with each other. But mainly it gives the possibility to get in touch with Greek startups:

• The brightest minds of the diaspora
• established founders
• well-known investors
• great business consultants and experts through national online programs

Applications and dates of the European Startup Universe Greece

On 20/01/2022 the applications for the European Startup Universe Greece which runs simultaneously in 11 countries and with a duration of 6 weeks from early March until April 2022. The program is running under the auspices of the General Secretariat of the Hellenic World & Public Diplomacy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the General Secretariat for Research & Innovation of the Ministry of Development & Investments.

The applicant teams will have the opportunity to participate in workshops, funding opportunities and weekly live Q&A chats with experienced startup founders and investors. Also, they will have access to educational materials, interaction with the community through forums, as well as various offers and discounts. finally , planned to take place are 30-minute solo meetings, with specialized professionals of Greek origin in every field (business developers, marketeers, lawyers, etc.), in order to offer their expertise in areas such as initial product development, communication, sales and financing strategies.

After the completion of the program, there will be the opportunity for some founders of selected start-ups to talk with angel investors who want to invest in the respective sectors. Online calls with angel investors will take place in April-May 2022. The aim of the programme is, on the one hand, to support young entrepreneurs. On the other hand, the empowerment of female entrepreneurship in the start-up ecosystem.

The European Startup Universe of Greece is expected to be successfully completed and grow. The aim is to create a fertile ground for new founders to spread and strengthen their business ideas.
