Along with the electronic submissions of recruitment - dismissal forms through the ERGANI Information System , there is also a very small percentage of companies that were forced to submit forms manually to the regional offices of the OAED. The reason has to do with the cases of late submissions, in which the prescribed fines are also imposed. Also with especially few cases of businesses that are unable to submit the relevant data electronically. The balance of flows of salaried employment in the private sector for these specific categories of enterprises for July, according to the data cited by OAED, is 414 job losses.
