DYPA: From the new year the unemployment list will be cleared – who will lose benefits

From the new year, i.e. from January 2023, the project for the clearing of the list of registered unemployed in the DYPA ( Public Employment Service ). This clarification will be accompanied by the discontinuation of unemployment benefits.

The reasons for deletion

The unemployed person will be removed from the unemployment register if refuses 3 times to work in a suitable position that has been allocated to him proposed by the In this case, the deletion will have a duration of 2 years. Also, in order to remain on the unemployment list, you must meet the income criteria. That is, there will be an income cutter similar even to that of the heating allowance. That is, for unmarried persons the income should be up to 14,000 euros. While for married couples the income should be 20,000 euros plus 3,000 euros per child.

The income cutter will exclude unemployment benefit, which will continue to be granted without income criteria, as well as long-term unemployment benefit and the allowance for self-employed and independent workers.

The 50% bonus

If an unemployed person finds a job during the period of unemployment benefit, he or she will continue to receive 50% of the benefit until the period of the benefit expires. The new regulation is expected to come into force at the end of the year or early in the new year.
