70 Programs
Companies active in the tourism sector are seeking solutions related to both their short and long-term prospects and their development needs. NSRF — Tourism Subsidies are available for hotels, campsites, guesthouses, rental rooms/apartments, tourist furnished residences, travel agencies, car rental companies, maritime tourism services, sports tourism and rural tourism (marinas, ski resorts, theme parks, thermal tourism facilities, thalassotherapy centres, spas, sports training centres). Eligible businesses include:
  • Existing enterprises
  • New enterprises
  • Enterprises under establishment
Development Law — Tourism Eligible investment plans include the establishment or expansion of hotels (3 stars+), comprehensive modernisation of hotel units (3 stars+), tourist campsites (3 stars+), hotels within traditional/listed buildings (2 stars+), special tourism infrastructure (conference centres, golf courses, marinas, ski resorts, theme parks, thermal spa facilities, sports training centres, mountain shelters, racing circuits), and youth hostels operated by cooperatives or Social Cooperative Enterprises.
