Στην τελική ευθεία εισέρχεται η διαδικασία υπαγωγής δικαιούχων στο πρόγραμμα Εξοικονομώ 2021 του ΥΠΕΝ. Υπενθυμίζεται ότι στα πλαίσια του προγράμματος ανακοινώθηκαν από το υπουργείο Περιβάλλοντος και Ενέργειας στις 28/04 τα αρχικά αποτελέσματα υποβολών μονοκατοικιών/μεμονωμένων διαμερισμάτων. On this basis, 87,246 applications were submitted, of which 40,012 were declared initially eligible and 47,234 as runners-up. It is recalled that no supporting documents were submitted during the application phase. For the initially eligible applications, on 20/5/2022 the period for the electronic submission of the required supporting documents began. Particular emphasis is placed on the Electronic Building Identity, which expires on 19/7/2022.

Electronic Building Identity

Already in the period from 20/5 tens of thousands of beneficiaries have digitally filled in the documents of affiliation and the Electronic Building Identity. Identity is required:

• for the control and cross-checking of the data of legality, use, surface and age of the property
• and finally for the ranking of applications

It is emphasized that for the vast majority of applications (except for special cases and recent acquisition) the control of supporting documents, data and evaluation - classification is done automatically and electronically by the information system.

However, despite the ever-increasing rate of completion of procedures by stakeholders and their consultants, there are still many thousands of initially eligible applications for the completion of supporting documents and HTKs. Those who do not fill in the required supporting documents and Electronic Identity within the deadline that expires on 19/7/2022 risk not being included in the Provisional Lists of Eligible – Runner-up applications that will be issued per Regional Unit, according to the Implementation Guide of the Program. On the contrary, they may be classified in the tables of Rejected Applications.

The period until 19/7 is considered critical to complete pending applications and everyone is invited to contribute to the successful completion of the procedures that concern them, in order to have the final results quickly and to complete the electronic procedure and the inclusion of the proposals, so that it can take place an hour earlier, in view of the upcoming winter, the financing of the projects and the receipt of the deposit of aid for beneficiaries.

The Exoikonomo 2021 Program

Υπενθυμίζεται ότι το Τεχνικό Επιμελητήριο Ελλάδος (ΤΕΕ) αποτελεί τον Φορέα Υλοποίησης του Προγράμματος Εξοικονομώ 2021. The program designed and implements the Ministry of Environment and Energy with the resources of the Recovery and Resilience Fund (Greece 2.0). Within the framework of the project, a Large-scale energy saving effort in homes and apartment buildings all over the country. The programme in the current cycle has a public expenditure budget of EUR 632 million. It is addressed to all income categories, with emphasis and high rates of support to weak households. At the same time, from the implementation of the interventions that will exceed the amount of EUR 1 billion, it will be possible to implement the measures that will exceed 1 billion euros, a significant strengthening of the construction sector and engineers throughout the country is expected.
