The Decision on the inclusion of State Aid Actions under the Call for Proposals: the Entrepreneurship Toolbox has been published: Trade-Food-Education of the ERDF, concerning the inclusion of one thousand one hundred and seventy-five (1.175) Actions, with a total public expenditure of EUR 46.026.168,64.

Integration Decision - Regions and sectors

The following aid regions and sectors are included:

• South Aegean Region: all sectors
• Region of Central Greece: all sectors
• Less Developed Regions (Eastern Macedonia and Thrace, Central Macedonia, Epirus, Thessaly, Western Greece): all sectors
• Region of Attica: Education and Catering sectors
• Regions in Transition (Western Macedonia, Ionian Islands, North Aegean, Peloponnese, Crete): Education Sector

Entrepreneurship Toolbox - Obligations of beneficiaries

The Act is co-financed by European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) .

Beneficiaries have the possibility to lodge an online appeal against this decision. It is done through the State Aid Information System , within an exclusive period of twenty (20) calendar days from the day following the notification to the beneficiary of its issuance.

The deadline for the right to exercise / submit objections to the Integration Decision, according to the A.P. 1788/329/A3/24-03-2020 Decision of the Deputy Minister of Development and Investments, is suspended until the issuance of a relevant newer decision.

EFEPAE will inform each beneficiary electronically about its inclusion and in particular about its Technical Annex, which includes a clear and detailed description of the project to be executed, the timetable, its total budget, its sources and funding rate. With the same letter, the Beneficiary will be informed of the obligation to submit a Solemn Declaration on his part on the acceptance of the Technical Annex, as it was formed after the evaluation, as well as all the conditions set in the Detailed Call of the Action for the implementation of the project and its monitoring.

Final Ranking Table - Regions and sectors concerned

The Final Leaderboard was also published with the eligible / ineligible investment projects and the corresponding reasons for non-approval / rejection, the Region of South Aegean (all sectors), the Region of Sterea Ellada (all sectors), the Less Developed Regions (East Macedonia-Thrace, Central Macedonia, Epirus, Epirus, Thessaly, Western Greece) (all sectors), the Region of Attica (Education and Catering sectors) and the Regions in Transition (Western Macedonia, Ionian Islands, North Aegean, Peloponnese, Crete) (Education sector) of the Action: Entrepreneurship Toolkit: Trade, Catering, Education of the EPANEK.

Candidates, whose Applications for Funding are rejected with this Table, have once the opportunity to submit an electronic objection against it. It is done through the State Aid Information System, within an exclusive deadline of twenty (20) calendar days from the day following the notification to the beneficiary of the issuance of the decision

The deadline for the right to exercise / submit objections on the Final Leaderboard, according to the A.P. 1788/329/A3/24-03-2020 Decision of the Deputy Minister of Development and Investments, is suspended until the issuance of a relevant newer decision.

EFEPAE will inform electronically all interested parties whose application for funding has been rejected, with a clear and detailed reference to the reasons for their rejection.

These Decisions will be published on the websites of the EYD EPANEK, the NSRF, the EFEPAEand the Ministry of Development and Investment.

With a newer decision, the Final Leaderboards and Integration Decision will be issued for the remaining categories of Regions and branches.
