The Innovation Marathon "be a part of hack OAED crowdhackathon" for its digital transformation, on December 4-5, 2021 at Innovathens (Pireos 100, Gazi), is organized by OAED in collaboration with the innovation and technology company Crowdpolicy. To «be a part of hack OAED» θα πραγματοποιηθεί υβριδικά, με φυσική παρουσία και διαδικτυακά. Θα προηγηθεί διαδικτυακό Open Day την Τρίτη 16 Νοεμβρίου στις 17:00 για την παρουσίαση των στόχων, των θεματικών ενοτήτων και της διαδικασίας.

The Innovation Marathon is a technological action of open innovation. It aims to activate institutions and businesses (community activation) for the creation of original applications that promote the digital transformation of OAED, through new and innovative ideas and applications with social impact.

Its main objectives are:

• The creation of a culture of innovation and partnerships
• Supporting youth and innovative entrepreneurship and combating unemployment
• The emergence of smart and innovative solutions for the challenges created around applications related to employment and unemployment.

In the action indicatively, application can participate ndicatively, programmers, analysts, students, economists, startup companies and in general all those who have an idea concerning the application of new technologies in the fields of activity of OAED and are interested in developing and presenting it in a pilot application can participate in the action.

Μαραθώνιος Καινοτομίας - Θεματικές ενότητες

The Innovation Marathon will include the indicative thematic areas, which will be specialized next, are:

• The fight against unemployment
• The coupling of supply and demand in the labour market
• Vocational education and training
• The new entrepreneurship
• The upgrading of procedures to better serve citizens and businesses

The Innovation Marathon includes 3 stages:

• Public recording, collection of ideas and problems for solution and mapping of needs that can be supported with innovative digital applications
• Organization of the marathon
• Awarding of the applications that will be distinguished, cooperation with all participating organizations and support for their productive implementation

For the teams that will be distinguished, there will be cash prizes, while for all participants there will be opportunities for networking and cooperation with the OAED and other stakeholders.

Any interested party, developer groups, startup companies and organizations of the public and private sector can participate in the following ways:

• Submitting issues or problems or challenges for a solution related to the areas of competence of OAED and interested in developing it into an integrated application (public submission of proposals - consultation)

• Developing original digital applications and methodologies that address these problems

• Supporting this effort (as mentors, sponsors, supporters, public organizations, companies, collective bodies)
