Today, Monday, 31 October 2022 at 13:00, the submission of online funding applications for the new Employment Entrepreneurship Grants Programme for 3,220 young freelancers aged 30 to 45 starts. The action concerns the Less Developed Regions (LDCs) and the Region of Western Macedonia. Emphasis is placed on the digital economy.
The action concerns support for new businesses which have set up from 01/01/2022 onwards a former unemployed persons aged 30-45 years old , in the Less Developed Regions (LDCs) and in the Region of Western Macedonia. Emphasis will be placed on businesses operating in sectors related to the digital economy.
The deadline for submitting applications for the Digital Economy programme is Friday 2 December 2022 at 15:00.
The grant amounts to 14,800 euros and is paid in three installments as follows:
- 1st installment of 4,000 euros, after the approval of the financing application
- 2nd instalment of EUR 5,400, after the end of the first six months from the start
- 3rd instalment of EUR 5,400, after the end of the second half of the year from the start
Interested parties should apply for funding exclusively through the State Aid Information System (SAIS) of the Ministry of Development and Investment at: https://www.ependyseis.gr .
The total budget of the program amounts to 47,656,000 euros and is co-financed by the Greek State and the European Social Fund within the framework of the Operational Program Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship and Innovation - OPCEI 2014-2020.
