The submission of online applications for the new "Public Benefit Employment Programmes for 2,260 people in the Services of the Ministry of Environment and Energy and the Ministry of Immigration and Asylum (Reception and Identification Services)" of the DYPA . The application process will close on Monday 31 October 2022 at 11:00. The action, lasting 8 months, aims to strengthen and promote the employment of the unemployed, with emphasis mainly on vulnerable groups of the population facing a high risk of exclusion and is co-funded by the NSRF and the ISPA.
Only those registered unemployed in the unemployment registers of PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT SERVICE (DYPA) who belong to at least one of the following categories have the right to submit applications for participation:
- members of families in which no one works and their spouses are registered unemployed in the unemployment registers of the Public Employment Service
- members of single-parent families in which no one works
- long-term unemployed
- unemployed university and technology graduates to fill positions based on their qualifications
- registered unemployed over 29 years of age
- registered in the registers of unemployed people with disabilities of DYPA
- beneficiaries of the Guaranteed Minimum Income
Eligibility to participate in the Public Employment Programmes
Persons who have been posted, employed and insured under the schemes referred to in point (a)(2)(a)(ii)(i) are not eligible to participate. 9/2017, 16/2017, 4/2018, 8/2018, 10/2018, 3/2019, 4/2020 and 2/2022 Public Calls of DYPA.
Potential beneficiaries submit exclusively electronically, one application form and choose only one (1) placement specialty from those mentioned in the relevant list of Annex I of the Public Call 14/2022 and from one to three (3) Supervising Bodies and / or Placement Services.
The submission of applications for the public employment programmes by interested unemployed persons can be made using the TAXISnet access codes at the following address: https://www.gov.gr/ipiresies/ergasia-kai-asphalise/apozemioseis-kai-parokhes/programmata-koinophelous-kharaktera.
The unemployed, who submit an online application for participation, are classified in a Provisional Unemployment Ranking Table, based on the following objective criteria:
- period of continuous registered unemployment of a beneficiary, with a maximum of sixty months, which is doubled for unemployed heads of single-parent families
- period of continuous registered unemployment of the spouse of the unemployed of the above category, with a maximum of sixty months
- disability of the beneficiary at a rate of 50% or more
- annual income of the tax year 2021, individual or family
- age
- number of minor children
- parent of protected or protected children with disabilities, minors or adults, with a disability rate of 67% or more
- beneficiaries of the Guaranteed Minimum Income and
- beneficiaries who were not placed in completed or under implementation actions "Promotion of Employment through Public Benefit Programs" 2/2015, 4/2015, 5/2015, 3/2016, 4/2016, 6/2016, 7/2016, 10/2016, 1/2017, 8/2017
The selection system is based on the crediting of the above criteria, the determination of any supporting documents to be submitted by the potential beneficiaries, the definition of a mechanism for checking these documents and the scoring, ranking and placement of candidates in corresponding positions using computer software.
The information on the other criteria for the selection and classification of beneficiaries comes from the Integrated Information System of DYPA and is drawn ex officio from the Independent Authority for Public Revenue and the e-Government of Social Security.
