Ολοκληρώνεται τη Δευτέρα 3 Ιουλίου 2023 η διαδικασία υποβολής αιτήσεων συμμετοχής στο πρόγραμμα αναβάθμισης δεξιοτήτων εργαζομένων «Πάω Μπροστά» της ΔΥΠΑ. Η αίτηση υποβάλλεται αποκλειστικά ηλεκτρονικά στον ιστότοπο voucher.gov.gr μέσω του συνδέσμου Εγγραφή στο Μητρώο Ωφελουμένων Εργαζομένων για κατάρτιση, με τους κωδικούς TAXISnet.

The action enables 150,000 employees in the private sector to acquire or upgrade their digital and green skills and is implemented under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan Greece 2.0, with funding from the European Union - NextGenerationEU, amounting to EUR 155 million.

ERDF funded programmes

Trainees attend an 80-hour theoretical training programme and then take exams from independent certification bodies. Each worker who completes the programme of his/her choice and successfully passes the certification exam receives a training allowance of €5 per hour of training, i.e. a total of €400.

In cooperation with the Training and Lifelong Learning Centres (KEDiVIM) of Universities, licensed Lifelong Learning Centres (LLLCs) and international technology giants, DYPA offers employees a long list of individual training programmes from which they can choose, depending on their educational and professional profile.

Indicatively, the options range from basic digital office tools, social media marketing and e-shop management, to more highly specialised items such as data analytics, artificial intelligence applications, logistics and the adoption of digital technologies in the agricultural sector.

It is noted that the deadline for the launch of employee training programmes is 31 July 2023, while the deadline for the completion of the action is 15 September 2023.
