CAP: The pre-publication of funding for partnerships through Operational Groups has been issued

The intervention amounts to 70.9 million euros P3-77-3.1 “Development of collaborations through Operational Groups (EO) of the European Partnership for Innovation, of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy (SS CAP) 2023 – 2027”, according to the pre-publication of the call for the submission sentences.

Beneficiaries of the aid are the members of Business Groups. Members may be natural persons (individual businesses) or legal entities of any form which are linked to each other by a cooperation agreement.

The credits of the call will finance pilot projects which contribute to achieving the horizontal objective of the CAP to modernize the agricultural sector by promoting and sharing knowledge, innovation and digitalization in agriculture and rural areas and encouraging their adoption, as well as linking research with practice through funding the implementation of pilots applications for this purpose.

  • The amount of 300,000.00 euros is defined as the minimum budget of the submitted proposals
  • The maximum budget of the submitted proposals is set at 500,000.00 euros

In particular, through the intervention are financed Operational Groups with the objectives of:

  • strengthening the competitiveness of businesses in primary production (agricultural holdings), in the forestry sector and in the food sector (processing)
  • search for new cultivation practices and production practices that contribute to environmental protection and adaptation to climate change
  • use of technological knowledge, new or traditional practices, research results and organizational innovations and their integration into practice through pilot applications

The pre-publication of the call for intervention Π3-77-3.1 “Development of collaborations through Operational Groups (EO) of the European Innovation Partnership”, is posted on the websites of the Ministry of Rural Development and Food www.agrotikianaptixi.gr and www.minagric.gr and on the relevant websites of the Regions.

The intervention Π3-77-3.1 is co-financed by the European Union (European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development – E.G.T.A.A.) and by the Greek State (Public Investment Program – P.D.E.), with a percentage of 100% and is applied throughout the country.
