Alkiviadis Siaravas, Marketing, Communications & Corporate Citizenship Manager of KPMG in Greece
“At KPMG we recognize age as a source of added value and not as an obstacle, which is why the promotion of equality and inclusion is our priority and an integral part of our values. The AdvantAge initiative comes to embrace these values, systematically investing in the upskilling and reskilling of experienced workers, as training and awareness are “keys” to combating discrimination. In this context, the “AdvantAge Days” seminars are one of the wide range of actions we are carrying out in an effort to eliminate ageism and I am sure that with the support of all of us, we can shape a more inclusive working environment“.
