In particular, according to OPEKEPE, any citizen, individual or representative legal entity can now enter the online platform https://complaints.opekepe.gr and submit an anonymous or named complaint, which may concern an Individual or a Business, an Employee or a Service of the Organization Payments.

The process is simple and only a brief filling in of specific fields is required in order for the complaint to be actionable. In addition, the possibility of attaching electronic files is provided to prove the complaints.

By entering the digital application and in particular for submitting named complaints, identification of the complainant’s details via TAXISNET is required.

At the same time, the complainant has the possibility to submit a complaint in other ways using e-mail, post office, etc.. However, as OPEKEPE points out, due to the modern system and the immediate filing, the appropriate and more effective way is considered by the Organization to submit complaints through the new online platform https://complaints.opekepe.gr.
