On 17 & 18 February 2023, Women On Top is organising a two-day event on equality and inclusion at work. Two initiatives for changemakers to enter and/or progress in the labour market, making it better for all.

With a focus on empowering women and fostering a more equal and inclusive culture at work, this year Women On Top's Annual Equality in Business Day will have a Hackathon feel and will welcome real D&I challenges posed by our leading supporter companies.

Building on these, the individuals and teams participating in the hackathon, from different industries and fields, will work together to develop viable ideas and tools that will solve real challenges, making the a more equal working environment in the business world. In the end, the jury will select the winning teams who will win relevant prizes and may have the opportunity to see their innovative solution put into practice.

To take part in the action Women On Top 's Hackathon, you don't have to have no previous experience. Whether you have some Whether you have a specific idea to submit or you want to join one of the teams working on specific challenges, all you have to do is register.

At 1st WoT Career Fair you will have the the opportunity to connect with companies and organizations that are investing heavily in developing and promoting women's potential, get job search guidance from Women On Top's career coaches and mentors, and meet our team - along with a dynamic community of women who want to make work one of the best parts of their lives.

Whether you're looking for your first job, want to move up in your field, or are re-entering the job market after a long time in the workplace, the WoT Career Fair will prepare you for all steps of the job search and give you the opportunity to hear facts, opinions and advice in themed panels on work/life balance, equality in the job market and the pay gap.

HR executives will be there to answer your toughest questions, and you will have the opportunity to approach the companies you are interested in and meet them in person, in the short interviews that will take place at the end of the day.

- Mock interviews: do a short mock interview with an HR professional, practice the tough questions and go into any interview with confidence! (time: 15 minutes)

- CV audit: advise the experts on what you should (and shouldn't) put on your CV to win over any recruiter! (time: 15 minutes)

- Career coaching: If you're not sure about your next career step and need support to clarify your career landscape, our network coaches will try to give you tools in a few minutes to help you identify your goals. (time: 15 minutes)

- Snap your (professional) headshot: take the photo you will have at your disposal for any professional use.

- Talk to a mentor: throughout the event, experienced women executives from the business world will be available to answer what you would like to know about what it's like to work in their field, and share with you the advice they have gained from their own journey. Don't miss the opportunity to meet them!

The Women on Top Hackathon & Career Fair is being held this year at The Ellinikon Experience Centre, the largest and most technologically advanced Urban Development Visitor Centre in the world. Through a unique, interactive exhibition, the vision behind The Ellinikon, the largest urban regeneration in Europe, unfolds. The Ellinikon Experience Centre is housed in one of the three Air Force hangars located in The Ellinikon Experience Park, designated as Modern Monuments by the Ministry of Culture.
