VentureGarden: The 3rd cycle of the business idea accelerator begins in Crete

Applications for its 3rd cycle in Heraklion are now being accepted for the free VentureGarden training programme, which actively supports entrepreneurship. The cooperation of Alba Graduate Business School, The American College of Greece with Bizrupt consolidates in Crete the successful VentureGarden program to support entrepreneurs, startupers and those with a business idea. The program is addressed to people with vision and dedication, who aspire integrate into the business ecosystem or evolve their existing business.

Potential entrepreneurs selected to participate in VentureGarden will attend 8 courses in 5 weeks.Courses are based on VentureGarden's proven training program. After the completion of the courses, the participants are selected, who enter into a 3-month mentoring process. The program is provided free of charge and the lessons are held in Greek.

True to VentureGarden's motto "Helping People Grow Ideas", the trainers and mentors of the program will give the appropriate supplies to those who are interested in cultivating their entrepreneurial skills. Participants will test their ideas by learning modern strategy and marketing tools to implement business ideas, such as Value Proposition Canvas, Empathy Map as well as market research methods.

Since the start of the program in Heraklion in 2019, more than 140 applications have been received. Thirty-six participants have attended the first 2 cycles of the program. Also, 112 hours of supportive guidance have been offered to VentureGarden participants. 99% of the program's participants state that they would recommend the program to friends and acquaintances.

Dates of VentureGarden

VentureGarden courses in Crete will start on November 1st and will take place every Monday and Wednesday. The program will be implemented electronically with limited physical presence, if conditions allow, in the Bizrupt premises. For the best possible experience of the participants, synchronous and asynchronous training and collaboration tools will be used.

A short personal interview will follow to select the entrepreneurs who will attend it.
