Ανακοινώθηκε σήμερα η έβδομη (7η) τροποποίηση της Πρόσκλησης υποβολής αιτήσεων χρηματοδότησης επιχειρηματικών σχεδίων στην Δράση: Αναβάθμιση πολύ μικρών & μικρών επιχειρήσεων για την ανάπτυξη των ικανοτήτων τους στις νέες αγορές του Ε.Π. «Ανταγωνιστικότητα, Επιχειρηματικότητα και Καινοτομία (ΕΠΑνΕΚ)», ΕΣΠΑ 2014 – 2020.

The seventh (7th) amendment - Reasons

• Need to integrate the process of receiving a grant through an Open Escrow Account,
• Need to delete any reference to physical data necessary to complete the common indicators of ANNEX I of Regulation 1304/2013 of the European Social Fund (ESF) (e.g. entry and exit census cards). It follows the reply of the European Commission of 08.07.2016 on the non-application of the specific rules of the ESF Regulation as regards indicators and in particular the obligation to measure the common participant indicators (Annex I of the ESF Regulation 1304/2013) in the case of operations co-financed by the ERDF,
• Need for clarification in the cost of leasing equipment,
• Need to fill in the Annex "REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR SUBMISSION / INTEGRATION" with business data for the year 2016, as necessary,
• Addition of a provision in case the budget of a category of beneficiaries is not covered;
