On Tuesday, November 14, 2017 the 2nd round of submissions

The Ministry of Economy and Development informed the investing public that the second round of submissions of the Development Law for the four aid schemes of the Development Law (Ν. 4399/2016).

Specifically, in the last week of November 2017, the application process for inclusion in the four regimes of the Law will begin and will last until February 15, 2018.

The schemes are as follows:
"General Entrepreneurship", "New Independent SMEs", "Mechanical Equipment Aid" and "Major Investments"

In order to facilitate stakeholders, the submission process and specifications are based on the same data as in the previous cycle, with some technical improvements.

It is noted that in the 2nd cycle, the first two phases of submission of applications for the inclusion of investment projects are merged. In particular, the submission of the application and the submission of the relevant documentation will take place in a single step.

In the coming days, more detailed instructions will follow for the procedure that will follow the 2nd cycle of submissions of the Development Law.
