The possibility to submit to the MA ERGANI The businesses the declarations 'APPLICATION / DECLARATION OF INTEGRATION INTO THE MECHANISM CO-OPERATION (PHASE A)" and "APPLICATION / DECLARATION OF INTEGRATION INTO THE CO-OPERATION MECHANISM (PHASE A) - DEFINITIVE REPLACEMENT" are available to enterprises - employers wishing to join in the SYN-ERGASIA Mechanism for the month of December 2021 (Phase A) from 1/12/2021 to 31/12/2021.

In any case, the obligation remains to notify in advance of any change or modification of the organization of working time through form E4: Table of Personnel - Supplementary Hours of the employees who are part of the MECHANISM, for the month of DECEMBER.

For the month of November 2021 (Phase B), the possibility of submitting the declarations "APPLICATION / DECLARATION OF ENTRY INTO THE CO-OPERATION MECHANISM (PHASE B)" and "APPLICATION / DECLARATION OF ENTRY INTO THE CO-OPERATION MECHANISM (PHASE B) - DEFINITE REPLACEMENT" is given from 1/12/2021 to 8/12/2021.

For the months of September and October 2021 (Phase B), the possibility of submitting the applications "APPLICATION / DECLARATION OF ENTRY INTO THE CO-OPERATION MECHANISM (PHASE B)" and "APPLICATION / DECLARATION OF ENTRY INTO THE CO-OPERATION MECHANISM (PHASE B) - DEFINITE REPLACEMENT" is given from 1/12/2021 to 8/12/2021 , only for:

• employees for whom no PHASE 2 declaration has been submitted
• employees who were excluded from PHASE B payments

It is noted that before submitting the form "APPLICATION / DECLARATION OF INTEGRATION INTO THE MECHANISM SYN-ERGASIA (SECOND PHASE) - URGENT REPETITION'. for employees who were excluded from PHASE II payments, employers can search for the latest PHASE II statement and selecting the [Manage] button to be informed of the reasons for excluding employees from PHASE 2 payments.

100,000 new subsidized jobs program

I. Bank account corrections (IBAN) of businesses

It is possible to submit correct application repetitions-responsible declarations of inclusion in the Open Program of 100,000 new subsidized jobs for any corrections of the credit institution and the bank account (IVAN) of the company, for cases where the employer company has included in the program a long-term unemployed or seasonal employee of the tourism and food industry without the right of compulsory re-employment, provided the business has not been paid.

ΙΙ. Business seasonality statement for recruitments that have taken place from 19/6/2021 to 30/6/2021

In businesses - employers that are seasonal within the meaning of c. b' of par. 2 of article 4 of n. 1545/1985 (A' 91) and which:

a. within the time period from 19/6/2021 to 30/6/2021 they recruited employees with a contract of dependent labor under private law, with full or part-time employment, lasting 6 months, through the open program of 100,000 new subsidized jobs and

b. in the program inclusion application for the above workers they did not declare their seasonality [as the special field was not available before 6/30/2021],

in order to be classified as seasonal and subject to par. 11a of article 130 of Law 4808/19-6-2021 (Α΄101), they are given the opportunity to make a CORRECT REPETITION of the "Application - Responsible declaration of inclusion in the open program of 100,000 new subsidized jobs of Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs", in the P.S. ERGANI to declare their seasonality, selected the special field "SEASONAL BUSINESS - EMPLOYER UNDER THE DEFINITION OF PAR. B' OF PAR. 2 OF ARTICLE 4 OF LA 1545/1985 (A' 91)".
