The new cycle of the Leaders Academy, which is exclusively addressed to founders and executives of important Greek Scale Up companies, is being launched by Startup Pathways. The Academy is a unique initiative in Greece. It aims to support founders by upgrading their leadership skills in topics such as:

In the 3-month program, 12 selected founders will participate in 10 training sessions. At the same time, they will be supported by the team of Startup Pathways Coaches with 6 personal coaching meetings.
