Startup Pathways and the Elevate Greece AE signed a memorandum of cooperation, in order to organize another joint action. In particular, the winners startups of the Elevate Greece Startup Awards 2022 can participate in an exclusive three-month leadership training program of Startup Pathways, the Leaders Academy .

The startups that will benefit from Startup Pathways' innovative Leadership training are the award winners:

It is recalled that the first joint action of the two organizations was in 2022 with the preparation of the Greek delegation of Elevate Greece for the Dubai Expo 2020 through the Expo Experts workshop.

The Leaders Academy is the flagship of Startup Pathways' educational programs. It is a premium leadership course, specifically designed for scale up founders and C-level executives The program is also offered tailored as an internal training for companies that want to build their corporate culture and strengthen the management skills of their people.

The leadership skills

Through innovative tools, interactive dialogues and experiential workshops, participants develop their own authentic leadership skills in order to:

• Inspire with their vision, integrating it into a shared conscious work culture
• Cultivate a feedback culture in the company, whether it is about praise or points for improvement
• Communicate difficult decisions and changes, organising the transition to a new reality

The programme, which has already been trusted by more than 55 executives of top scale up companies with tangible results in their business productivity, will run from February to May.

This is followed by 1:1 personal coaching with the participants for practical application of the training in their own scale up.
