Ανακοινώθηκε σήμερα η τέταρτη (4η) τροποποίηση της Πρόσκλησης υποβολής αιτήσεων χρηματοδότησης επιχειρηματικών σχεδίων στη Δράση: Νεοφυής Επιχειρηματικότητα του ΕΠ «Ανταγωνιστικότητα, Επιχειρηματικότητα και Καινοτομία (ΕΠΑνΕΚ)», ΕΣΠΑ 2014 – 2020.

Start-up Entrepreneurship - Fourth amendment - Reasons for modification

• Need to adjust the implementation rates of the total financial and corresponding physical object, for the submission of Applications for Interim Verification of Expenses and the addition of additional clarifications, due to the possibility of using the Open Trust Account (Escrow Account),
• Need to add additional clarification on the assignment of public funding and the use of the Escrow Account;
• Need for clarification as to the terms of issue of the advance payment guarantee,
• Need to integrate the process of receiving a grant through an Open Escrow Account,
• Need for additional clarification on the possibility of using an Escrow Account in ANNEX III ELIGIBLE COSTS,
• Need for additional clarification as to the required documents for the procurement of equipment from abroad in Annexes III-Eligible Costs and VI-Supporting Documents for Certification and Grant Payment,
• Need for rewording of the paragraph concerning non-presentation
  supporting documents in ANNEX V,
• Need for clarifications on the cost of leasing equipment
