Δημοσιεύθηκε η δέκατη έκτη (16η) τροποποίηση της Πρόσκλησης Υποβολής Αιτήσεων Χρηματοδότησης Επιχειρηματικών Σχεδίων στην Δράση: Αναβάθμιση πολύ μικρών & μικρών επιχειρήσεων για την ανάπτυξη των ικανοτήτων τους στις νέες αγορές του ΕΠΑνΕΚ.

According to the amendment, the request for final verification for all beneficiaries of the Action (whether they have submitted a request for interim verification or not) can be submitted within 60 calendar days from the end date of implementation of their investment projects.

Η Δράση για την Αναβάθμιση πολύ μικρών & μικρών επιχειρήσεων

The program "Upgrading micro & small enterprises to develop their skills in new markets" is part of the Priority Axis "Development of entrepreneurship with Sectoral priorities" (PA 1 and OA 1S), and in particular the Thematic Objective 3 "Improving the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises" and the investment priority 3(c) "Supporting the creation and expansion of advanced capacities for the development of products and services".

Total Budget

The budget of the Action "Upgrading of micro & small enterprises" amounts to the total amount of € 310,000,000 (Public Expenditure).

The Public Expenditure of the program is co-financed by the Greek State and the European Union and in particular by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).

The mission of the ERDF is to contribute to the financing of support aimed at strengthening economic, social and territorial cohesion by reducing the main regional imbalances in the EU by supporting the sustainable development and structural adjustment of regional economies, including the conversion of declining industrial regions and regions whose development is lagging behind (Article 2 of Regulation EC 1301/2013).

Beneficiaries – Terms & Conditions of participation

Existing and new micro and small enterprises shall be eligible under this Action as follows:

1. a. Existing businesses that keep B' and C' category books, which until 31/12/2015 have closed two or more full administrative uses or

b. New businesses that do not fall into the above category of existing ones and have been established until 31/12/2015.

2. They have until 31/12/2015 activity in at least one eligible SMR (Annex VI) and
3. At the time of approval of the investment project, they shall have the SMR relating to the investment project, if this is different from the SMR(s) in which the company already operates.

10% of the action budget will be allocated exclusively to new small and micro new enterprises, while 90% will be allocated to existing micro and small enterprises. In the case of non-coverage of the budget of one category it is possible to transfer the non-aligned budget to the other category.
