Seventh Amendment to the Funding for the Action: subsidies for self-employed lawyers

The seventh (7th) amendment of the Decision on the Inclusion of Funding Applications under the Action: the Granting of Self-employed Lawyers of EPANEK, regarding the additional inclusion of six hundred and sixty-four (664) additional funding applications with a public expenditure of 1.210.529,67 euros.

With the amendment of the decision to include acts, the total acts included in the Action amount to twelve thousand nine hundred and fifty-six (12,956).

The total eligible Public Expenditure for Self-employed Lawyers amounts to 23.690.654,53 €

The details of the additional funding applications included with this amendment are included in Table 1 where the additional applications to be financed are recorded in detail as well as the totals (ID and number of projects) of the n/a 28 Integration Decisions including the present one, taking into account the sub. no. 6536/16-11-2021 Decision of the EFEPAE.

The start date of the implementation of the projects (beginning of eligibility) is 01/06/2021 and the duration of their implementation is defined in Chapter 8 of the Detailed Call for Action, as applicable.

The projects are financed by the European Social Fund (ESF) and their financing will be carried out by SAE 2021ΣΕ11910010.

Beneficiaries of the grant under the Action: Self-employed Lawyers' Grant, are obliged tocomply with the specific conditions arising from the aid scheme and the obligations arising from the Regulations of the ERDF and described in the Detailed Call for Proposals of the Action, as applicable.

Grant beneficiaries may submit an administrative objection, within an exclusive period of ten (10) calendar days from the day following the relevant European Union European Social Fund notification, via email to the electronic postal address stated in the funding application.

Objections are submitted exclusively through SAIS in accordance with Chapter 11.4 "OBJECTION PROCEDURE" of the Detailed Call for Action as applicable.
