Την ένταξη 1.096 αιτήσεων στη δράση: Επιχορήγηση Αυτοαπασχολούμενων Δικηγόρων ανακοίνωσε η ειδική γραμματεία διαχείρισης προγραμμάτων ΕΤΠΑ και ΤΑ, του υπουργείου Ανάπτυξης και Επενδύσεων.

Budget

The total public expenditure amounts to EUR 2,004,274.47. Τα έργα χρηματοδοτούνται από το Ευρωπαϊκό Κοινωνικό Ταμείο (ΕΚΤ). Η χρηματοδότησή τους θα πραγματοποιηθεί από τη ΣΑΕ 2021ΣΕ11910010.

Start date

The start date of project implementation (start of eligibility) is 01/06/2021. The duration of their implementation is 3 months from the date of adoption of this decision, in accordance with Chapter 8 of the Detailed Call for Action, as in force.

Conditions

The beneficiaries of the grant are obliged to respect the specific conditions resulting from the aid scheme. As well as to comply with the obligations arising from the ESIF Regulations and described in the Detailed Call of the Action, as in force.

Subsidized costs of self-employed lawyers

In order to digitally modernise the offices of self-employed lawyers, the following costs of supplying equipment are exclusively subsidised:

• PC
• laptops
• routers
• webcams
• Microphones
• earphones
• Speakers
• video conferencing systems
• scanners/multifunction devices
• video conferencing/projection screens

The eligible costs shall be the costs of acquiring fixed assets for which the acquisition cost of each distinct piece of equipment is not more than EUR 1 500 and up to the grant thresholds.

Objections of Self-Employed Lawyers

The beneficiaries of the grant may submit a complaint, within an exclusive deadline of ten (10) calendar days from the day following the relevant notification, by email to the e-mail address stated in the funding application. Objections are submitted exclusively through the PSKE in accordance with Chapter 11.4 "APPEALS PROCEDURE".

Rejection

With a separate announcement, the Ministry announced the rejection as ineligible of 186 applications for funding in the action "Subsidy for Self-Employed Lawyers" of a total requested Public Expenditure of 338.268,25 euros, due to incompleteness of supporting documents and / or non-compliance with formal conditions of participation, as reflected in Table 1 of this Rejection Decision.

Objections of Self-Employed Lawyers

Candidates whose funding applications are hereby rejected, may alternatively either submit a new funding application until 30/09/2021 or submit an objection within an exclusive deadline of ten (10) calendar days from the day following the relevant notification, via email to the email address stated in the funding application.

Objections are submitted exclusively through the PSKE and in accordance with Chapter 11.4 "APPEALS PROCEDURE". Please note that in the event of an objection to this negative decision, the right to submit a new application for funding ceases to exist.
