After the completion of the first cycle of #Her_Research, the initiative of the Hellenic Women Entrepreneurs Association (SEGE), which supports women researchers, is back.

The self-financed by the Association of Business Women of Greece - SEGE action #Her_Research, is a an innovative and rewarding initiative, both for the members of the Association who are employed in the field of research and for women researchers who have not yet entered the field of entrepreneurship and whose activity is not already supported by other official actions, offering them substantial support.

The aim of the action is to:

• the empowerment of women researchers in terms of expertise
• their access to finance
• the exchange of useful information and experience
• facilitating their networking in the business world

Thus, SEGE announces the launch of the 2nd cycle of the #Her_Research action. The action has the support of. Betsson Greece, and invites all female researchers to register. This action, indicatively includes the following initiatives:

• Three teams with substantial participation of women researchers will receive free support with the writing of research proposals for Horizon Europe or the corresponding Research Programme, by a specialised team of technical advisors.
• Five teams with substantial participation of women researchers will receive a free 5-hour full training and consultancy package from a specialised team of technical advisors.
• All participating researchers will participate in a 2-hour specialised seminar. Topic will have research resources and include 2 hours of group mentoring on this topic.

The implementing body of the action is the SEGE.

Upon completion of the programme, the beneficiaries will have acquired knowledge related to:

• by design
• the management and
• the implementation of projects funded through the European financial instruments under the European Policy

Interested parties must fill in the application form to be added to the list of interested parties for #Her_Research. Deadline for applications is 7 December 2022. Finally, the applications will be collected and evaluated by the Evaluation Committee appointed by the Association of Business Women of Greece - SEGE.
