Την παράταση για την προθεσμία ολοκλήρωσης των έργων στο Εξοικονομώ-Αυτονομώ έως το τέλος Φεβρουαρίου ανακοίνωσε τουπουργείο Περιβάλλοντος και Ενέργειας.

Συγκεκριμένα, σύμφωνα με την ανακοίνωση του ΥΠΕΝ, βρίσκεται σε εξέλιξη η έγκριση της 3ης τροποποίησης της προκήρυξης του προγράμματος, Εξοικονομώ-Αυτονομώ, με σκοπό την παράταση της προθεσμίας ολοκλήρωσης των έργων. The amendment foresees applications for inclusion where the deadline for completing the project expires within the interval from 31/10/2022 to 27/02/2023. For these applications the deadline is automatically extended until 28/2/2023.The details of the changes will be reflected in the pending amendment to the Joint Ministerial Decision of the programme. Υπενθυμίζεται ότι πρόγραμμα ενεργειακής αναβάθμισης και αυτονόμησης κατοικιών, Εξοικονομώ-Αυτονομώ, is the successor scheme of the "Home Savings" programs. It had a strengthened budget, increased grant rates and an expanded range of eligible interventions. Γνώμονας ήταν η μεγιστοποίηση του οφέλους ως προς την ενεργειακή εξοικονόμηση. Μία κατοικία (μονοκατοικία, πολυκατοικία ή μεμονωμένο διαμέρισμα), προκειμένου να κριθεί επιλέξιμη, had to meet the following conditions:

• It is used as a main residence, as shown by the details of the most recent (prior to the submission of the application) cleared income tax return (E1) of the person who uses it.
• It exists legally. In the event that the owner of the residence does not have a building permit or it does not correspond to the current state of the residence, a relevant legalization document must be presented, from which it can be seen that the residence in question exists legally.
• It has been classified on the basis of Energy Performance Certificate (PEA), which has been issued after 26.11.2017 (27.11.2017 is the date of activation of the information system for issuing Energy Performance Certificates based on the KENAK approved by the decision of DEPEA/oik. 178581/30.06.2017, OFFICIAL GAZETTE B' 2367/12.07.2017) in a category lower than or equal to C.
• It has not been deemed to be demolished.
