Subsidizing the replacement of energy-intensive household air conditioning appliances and refrigerators/freezers with new ones of high energy efficiency and the recycling of old appliances. The aim of the action is to:

• saving electricity in the domestic sector, especially during peak periods and hours
• reducing carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions as a result of energy savings
• promoting the recycling of old electrical appliances

Ωφελούμενοι από την επιχορήγηση είναι όλοι οι καταναλωτές οικιακών συσκευών που έχουν, σε κατοικία τους και όχι σε επαγγελματικό χώρο, παλαιά συσκευή κλιματισμού ή/και ψυγείο/καταψύκτη εν λειτουργία, την οποία θέλουν να αντικαταστήσουν με άλλη νέας τεχνολογίας, ενεργειακά αποδοτικότερη. The number of devices replaced per beneficiary, as well as the specifications of the new and replacement devices will be determined when the action is announced.

Budget

The co-financed (where co-financed public expenditure is the eligible public expenditure from the OP for the calculation of Community assistance) public expenditure available for the inclusion of operations under this call amounts to EUR 10 000 000. It is indicatively broken down by field of intervention action and category of region, as follows:

Ημερομηνίες της προθεσμίας για την ανακύκλωση των οικιακών συσκευών

Ως ημερομηνία λήξης της προθεσμίας επιλεξιμότητας των δαπανών των προτεινόμενων πράξεων οικιακών συσκευών ορίζεται η 31/12/2023. The proposed operations should be completed by that date.

Operations that have been physically completed or fully executed are not eligible, regardless of whether or not the relevant payments have been made.

The rules on the eligibility of expenditure of co-financed operations are set out in protocol number 137675/RESPONSIBILITY 1016/19-12-2018 (Government Gazette B'5968) Ministerial Decision "National Rules for the Eligibility of Expenditure for the programs of the NSRF 2014/20 – Checks on the legality of public contracts of co-financed acts of the NSRF 2014/20 – Procedure of objections to the results of the evaluation of operations" (EKED).

Ανακύκλωση οικιακών συσκευών - Οδηγίες υποβολής προτάσεων

Potential beneficiaries submit proposals exclusively electronically through the MIS. – NSRF 2014/20 (hereinafter OPS NSRF). For this purpose, they are required to have an individual user account (ID and password) to access the NSRF MIS:

• on the one hand, the executives of the Beneficiary for filling in forms
• on the other hand, the legal representative of the Beneficiary or the main Beneficiary (in case of implementation of the project proposal (operation) by multiple Beneficiaries) for the submission of proposals, who may authorize a user of the system for this purpose

Εάν ο Δικαιούχος δεν διαθέτει ήδη «κωδικό Φορέα» στο ΟΠΣ από την περίοδο 2007/13, θα πρέπει να υποβάλει αίτηση για κωδικό φορέα σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες στην ηλεκτρονική διεύθυνση http://logon.ops.gr/, πριν την υποβολή της πρότασης

Οι προτάσεις υποβάλλονται μέσω του ΟΠΣ ΕΣΠΑ στην ηλεκτρονική διεύθυνση: http://logon.ops.gr/ από την επομένη ημέρα της ημερομηνίας έκδοσης της παρούσας πρόσκλησης (ημερομηνία έναρξης υποβολής προτάσεων) έως την 19/12/2022 14:00:00 (ημερομηνία λήξης υποβολής προτάσεων).

It is noted that the proposal is submitted to the NSRF MIS by the legal representative of the Beneficiary or the main Beneficiary [in case of implementation of the project proposal (act) by multiple Beneficiaries] (individual user account of the legal representative).

The Beneficiary, after the successful submission of the proposal, is informed through the NSRF MIS. In cases of documents for which it is not technically possible to attach them electronically (e.g. maps, drawings, etc.), the beneficiary is obliged to send them to the "SPECIAL SERVICE FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF OPERATIONAL PROGRAM "TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE, ENVIRONMENT & SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT"" at 34 Aeroporou Papanastasiou Street, Athens 115 27 within 10 working days from the date of electronic submission of the proposal by the Beneficiary.

Before the deadline for the submission of proposals, a new proposal may be resubmitted following the cancellation of the original proposal. The proposal is evaluated on the basis of the last successful/valid submission.

The period for the submission of proposals may end earlier than the date specified above. This is in case of exhaustion of the co-financed public expenditure to be made available under this call.
