The government and the Ministry of Finance , in cooperation with the Ministry of Development and Investment , and with the assistance of Independent Public Revenue Authority (Hellenic Revenue Authority) , responding to the needs of businesses that have been adversely affected by the pandemic coronavirus crisis, proceed to facilitate the procedures for businesses that have not submitted supporting documents for the repayable advance. The facility also concerns businesses debts of which are established after the first fortnight of the month.

In particular, the adoption of a relevant decision provides that beneficiaries who have not submitted the required supporting documents may submit them. at the latest by 23 September 2022, in order to allow part of the aid received not to be repaid and the deduction provided for on the repayable amount in the event of a one-off payment.

In addition, for beneficiaries for whom the confirmation of the refundable amount is completed after 15 July 2022 and:

(a) if the certificate is completed after the first fortnight of the month, any monthly instalments preceding the certificate shall become payable on the last working day of the month following that in which the certificate is made, together with the current instalment thereof;

(b) if the certificate is completed in the first fortnight of the month, any monthly instalments preceding the certificate shall become payable on the last working day of the month in which the certificate is made.

At the same time, for the above beneficiaries, the possibility of a one-off payment of the repayable amount of the aid received, with a 15% discount on the repayable amount of the aid received, is provided.

The lump sum payment must:

• have been effected up to and including the respective payment dates
• the required supporting documents have been submitted no later than September 23, 2022
• the conditions of the decisions have been complied with

It is reminded that for beneficiaries for whom the confirmation of the repayable amount for the repayable advance was completed by July 15, 2022. The first instalment was payable up to and including 29 July 2022. Date up to which the possibility of one-off payment with a 15% discount. Respectively, for beneficiaries for whom the confirmation of the refundable amount was completed after July 15, 2022 and within the month of July, the first installment was payable yesterday, August 31, 2022, along with the second installment. For that date, the possibility of one-time payment with a 15% discount.

Notifications for the payment of the refundable amount are posted on the information system. A relevant e-mail is also sent to the e-mail address stated by the obligated party. Businesses can see their debts from the repayable part of the aid in the AADE information system ("myAADE"). Select "Debts, Payments & Refunds". In the selection there is a detailed imprint, in a digital file, of the amplification cycles. It concerns the cycles for the repayable advance for which a certificate has been made, from the myBusinessSupport platform.

Payment of debts is also possible through the IRIS Online Payments system, in myAADE (myaade.gov.gr). Debts are credited immediately.
