Qualitative Modernization – 2nd Amendment of the Integration Decision and 3rd Decision rejecting Acts
Ανακοινώθηκαν η Δεύτερη (2η) Τροποποίηση της Απόφασης Ένταξης και η Τρίτη (3η) Απόφαση Απόρριψης Πράξεων Κρατικών Ενισχύσεων στο πλαίσιο της πρόσκλησης, Ποιοτικός Εκσυγχρονισμός.
Qualitative Modernization - Second (2nd) Amendment of the Decision on the Inclusion of Acts
Ανακοινώθηκε η Δεύτερη (2η) Τροποποίηση της Απόφασης Ένταξης Πράξεων Κρατικών Ενισχύσεων στο πλαίσιο της Πρόσκλησης Ποιοτικός Εκσυγχρονισμός με θέμα την ένταξη επιπλέον σαράντα τεσσάρων (44) έργων/πράξεων, συνολικού Π/Υ δημόσιας δαπάνης 6.699.063,04€. Με την Τροποποίηση της Απόφασης Ένταξης Πράξεων, τα ενταγμένα επενδυτικά σχέδια ανέρχονται στα 121.
Qualitative Modernization - Third (3rd) Decision rejecting Acts
Announced the Third (3rd) Decision rejecting State aid operations as part of the call Quality Modernization. Includes the rejection nineteen (19) Acts, συνολικής αιτούμενης Δημόσιας Δαπάνης 3.385.249,78€ που υποβλήθηκαν στη Δράση, Quality Modernization, with MIS Code 018KE (M/A 2953), in Priority Axes 01 "Development of entrepreneurship with Sectoral priorities" and 01S "Development of entrepreneurship with Sectoral priorities (Central Greece, South Aegean)", of the Investment Priority "Support the creation and expansion of advanced capabilities for the development of products and services" (3c).
Οι υποψήφιοι, των οποίων οι αιτήσεις χρηματοδότησης απορρίπτονται με την παρούσα, έχουν άπαξ τη δυνατότητα ηλεκτρονικής υποβολής ένστασης κατά αυτής, μέσω του Πληροφοριακού Συστήματος Κρατικών Ενισχύσεων, εντός αποκλειστικής προθεσμίας είκοσι (20) ημερολογιακών ημερών, από την επομένη της έκδοσής της, σύμφωνα με την παράγραφο 9.4 της Αναλυτικής Πρόσκλησης της Δράσης.
According to Chapter 4 "Beneficiaries – Terms & Conditions of participation" of the Detailed Call of the Action, businesses may submit two more new applications for funding only if each of their previous applications has been rejected or there has been a written voluntary withdrawal of the previous funding application. However, it is noted that, in case of an objection, it is not possible to resubmit the application for funding until the final decision on the submitted objection has been issued.
