The Provisional List of Potential Beneficiaries and List of ranked research project funding applications in the Intervention I of the first cycle of the Single Action for State Aid for Research, Technological Development and Innovation Innovation : RESEARCH-CREATE-INNOVATE.
Content of the provisional list of the RESEARCH - CREATE - INNOVATE Action
The provisional list of the Action: research-create-innovate includes:
- The ranking in descending order of the four hundred and fifty (450) applications for funding of research projects submitted under Intervention I of the first round of the Single Action for State Aid for Research, Technological Development & Innovation: RESEARCH - CREATE - INNOVATE, with a total requested budget (public expenditure) of 83.146.888€
- The establishment of the provisional list of potential beneficiaries of the Action for Intervention I, with one hundred and seventy-six (176) Approved Applications for funding of research projects, with a total requested budget (public expenditure) of € 35,517,551 and with a total subsidized budget (public expenditure) of € 35,326,473.
The ranking order is in descending order, according to the score obtained by each, based on the total co-financed public expenditure to be allocated per group of regions increased by 20% - The establishment of a list of unfunded approved applications for funding of research projects, with seven (7) research projects, with a total requested budget (public expenditure) of € 1,963,035, due to exhaustion of the total public expenditure to be allocated of Intervention I of the A cycle of the Action, in descending grading order
- The rejection as ineligible of two hundred and sixty-seven (267) applications for funding of research projects, with a total requested budget (public expenditure) of € 45,666,301, which during the evaluation are considered ineligible.
The reasons for rejection are because they did not achieve the minimum score required under the Detailed Call either in a single category of criteria or in the overall score (rejection due to score) or it was considered that the scope of the proposed project is not compatible with the thematic area and priorities of the Smart Specialisation Strategy (RIS3) as reflected in the Detailed Call for Action (rejection due to thematic area).
Provisional potential beneficiaries of the 176 research projects under point 3 of this call must submit their applications by Thursday 30 November 2017 at the latest,
submit the file with the required supporting documents to check the data for the final approval of each application for funding.
