Στόχος της Δράσης Ερευνώ – Καινοτομώ 2021/27

Ενίσχυση της Έρευνας και της Καινοτομίας, η οποία είναι πλήρως ευθυγραμμισμένη με τη στρατηγική της χώρας, προκειμένου να τοποθετηθεί η καινοτομία στο επίκεντρο μιας βιώσιμης και ανθεκτικής ανάκαμψης από την πανδημία, αλλά και για την επιτάχυνση της πράσινης και ψηφιακής μετάβασης και τη διασφάλιση της τεχνολογικής ανάπτυξης της Ελλάδας.

The Action aims primarily to meet the needs of businesses and other actors active in the research and innovation ecosystem, covering the widest possible range of potential beneficiaries.

Budget

Ο προϋπολογισμός της Δράσης Ερευνώ – Καινοτομώ 2021/27 ανέρχεται σε 300.000.000 ευρώ.

Indicative public expenditure per intervention:

• Intervention I : EUR 60.000.000
• Intervention II: EUR 180.000.000
• Intervention III: EUR 39 000 000
• Intervention IV: EUR 21 000 000

What is funded

Interventions

I. Research and development by enterprises. Intervention I is aimed at existing enterprises, irrespective of their date of establishment. Potential beneficiaries are either a small or medium-sized enterprise (SME) or Groups of Enterprises in which at least one is necessarily an SME.

II. Business partnerships with research organisations. Intervention II concerns partnerships between existing enterprises, irrespective of their size and date of establishment, and research organisations, with enterprises as the main beneficiaries.

In partnerships of two or three or four partner organisations, one of them must necessarily be an SME. In partnerships of more than four partner entities, two of them must necessarily be enterprises and at least one of them must be an SME.

III. Exploitation of Research Results. Potential beneficiaries under Intervention III are existing individual small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

IV. Seal of Excellence for businesses.Potential beneficiaries are small and medium-sized Greek enterprises that have received the Seal of Excellence forresearch and development projects.

The specific conditions for participation will be included in the Detailed Call for Proposals.

Η Δράση Ερευνώ – Καινοτομώ 2021-2027 is expected to be announced in the 4th quarter of 2022. In distinct submission stages, it will be given priority to undertakings to submit proposals (4th quarter 2022) and then to the proposals for collaborative projects between research organisations and businesses (Q1 2023) and for projects with a Seal of Excellence (Q2 2023).

Terms and conditions

In order to participate in the Action, businesses must be legally established and operate in Greece or in another Member State of the European Union either as legal entities (e.g. AE, EPE, OE, OE, EU, IKE, JVSE) or as sole proprietorships.

Excluding firms in difficulty and firms for which a decision to recover aid from the EU is pending.
