With new trainings and collaborations, the 8th cycle of the Project Future corporate responsibility program takes place. The program is implemented by Piraeus Bank, in collaboration with ReGeneration. It connects higher education with the labour market and provides young graduates with the skills they need for their professional development.
In the 8th cycle, which takes place digitally, young graduates from all over Greece can participate, who have the opportunity to be trained in one of the specializations:
- Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Young practitioners powered by EY
- Human resources Management Academy powered by AUEB
- Consulting Academy powered by EY
- Devsecops Academy powered by CODE.HUB
- CORPORATE FINANCIAL OFFICER (REPORTING) powered by BCA
Three new masterclasses of Project Future
The first part of the training is enriched with three new masterclasses, which aim to enrich the skills of all participants:
- Digital Transformation (collaboration with Code.Hub). It enables participants to get to know the cycle of actions needed to complete the transformation of a company and at the same time to acquire the practical skills in business operations
- Financial Literacy (collaboration with the Institute of Financial Literacy). Enables participants to follow financial fundamentals
- Metaverse (collaboration with digital futurist Dimitris Dimitriadis). On connecting and engaging audiences between the physical and digital worlds
After the completion of the training, the CVs of the participants are posted on the ReGeneration platform.They remain available to the 890 companies cooperating with the program for one year. The aim is to absorb them into a job, with at least a six-month contract and a minimum wage of 800 gross euros.
Project Future continues its strategic partnership with LinkedIn Learning, giving the opportunity to those who register to develop their skills in the fields of:

- Creative
through more than 9,500 courses by experts.
Previous cycles
To date, 7 cycles of Project Future have been implemented, in collaboration with ReGeneration, through which:
- 3,786 young people were educated
- 1,370 of them were specialized through the Project Future trainings
- 75% of young people who have completed Project Future have already found a place in the job market
The recruitment process is ongoing.
Project Future is implemented in collaboration with ReGeneration, the largest youth education and paid employment program in Greece. Piraeus Bank's valuable partners are Google, Facebook, LinkedIn learning, EY, Code.Hub, BCA, Athens University of Economics and Business, the Institute of Financial Literacy, Dimitris Dimitriadis, the Association of Chief Executive Officers (ACEO), the University of Crete and the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV).
