The Panorama of Entrepreneurship & Career Panorama has been successfully running for 13 years, providing young people with entrepreneurial inspiration and creativity. Panorama returns, this year, in person at the Megaron Music Hall on 7 and 8 April, after three years of online presence. It includes an expanded agenda of thematic modules and an impressive programme of talks.
It also hosts a record participation of +39 companies (40% increase from 2019). The latter will hold meetings with participants at their booths, demonstrating the desire of leading companies and institutions to contribute to the empowerment of young people's career choices.
The Polyconference will be honoured with the presence of Vice-President of the European Commission, Mr. Margaritis Schinas, who will address the opening address.
The Entrepreneurship and Career Panorama is addressed to young executives looking for their next professional step, graduates looking for their first job and postgraduate and undergraduate students who wish to learn what the labour market demands in order to prepare themselves properly.
Regarding the educational background of the participants, it concerns young professionals , graduates and students of polytechnic schools, IT schools, economics schools, science schools(mainly chemists, physicists, mathematicians), etc.
The actions at the Panorama of Entrepreneurship & Careers

In detail, visitors to the Polyconference will have the opportunity to:
- Attend 70+ thematic sessions (panels and "meet the executives") with the participation of more than 180 distinguished speakers. Among them are 12 CEOs of large Greek and multinational companies, HR Managers, Senior Executives, pioneering University Professors, Entrepreneurs of successful start-ups, etc.
- Attend the Career Days. 39 companies from the IT, consulting, food, services, industry, etc. sectors will be happy to meet them and inform them about the dozens of open positions they have
- Participate in the Round Tables. 20+ companies will have their own table where every 15 minutes they will host six young people, ideally high school and university graduates, to meet them and answer their questions.
- Visit CV Corner and LinkedIn and Social Media Corner and receive free advice on their CV and social media presence.
