From today, Thursday 2 September 2021, ERGANI will be available for submitting declarations of suspension of employees' employment contracts for the month of September.

In particular, for the month of September 2021, only businesses – employers that have Activity Code Numbers (Nace Code) of the ANNEX suspend the employment contracts of their employees who were hired until March 31, 2021. For these undertakings, according to the notice of the Ministry of Labour the eligibility criteria do not apply.

For the period from 2 to 6 September 2021, statements of suspension of employment contracts will be submitted that may concern either all of September, or part of it. In any case, during the above period, the suspensions related to the period from 1 to 6 September 2021 inclusive shall be declared.

According to the announcement of the Ministry of Labour, from 7 September 2021 the enterprises - employers will be able to announce suspensions of employment contracts of employees in ERGANI.

It is reminded that due to the pre-announcement system, correct repetitions of statements of suspension of employee contracts for earlier periods are not allowed. In cases where urgent future needs of businesses need to be served, revocations of suspensions of employment contracts are allowed in advance using a correct repetition or temporary revocation of a suspension statement.

In the case of a four-digit Nace Code, all subcategories of five-digit, six-digit and eight-digit are included. In case of a five-digit Nace Code, all subcategories of six- and eight-digit are included, and so on.
