OAED announced its participation in the single government service for citizens support.gov.gr announced today, Thursday, August 5, 2021, as it made known in its announcement. This move, as highlighted in the communication, is part of the continuous upgrading and improvement of the digital services it offers to citizens and businesses for their more effective service.

Through the new service, citizens can submit requests for support to the Single Digital Gateway of the Public Administration (gov.gr). After processing, citizens will receive their replies in the single replies repository. Specifically, the initially offered services concern issues related to:

• Issuance / Renewal of Unemployment Cards
• Update of Unemployed Registry Data
• Certificates from the OAED (e.g. unemployment certificate, etc.)
• Submission of CV
• Job Search
• Consulting Services to Registered Unemployed , Businesses and
• EURES Advisory Services

Gradually the services offered will be expanded with the ultimate goal of covering as much as possible of the range of services of the Organization.

The inclusion of OAED in the support.gov.gr is part of the wider effort to upgrade information and service services to citizens. Something that has been set as a priority by the Minister of Labor Kostis Hatzidakis. It is a further step in the Agency's strategy aimed at digital transformation and the creation of an extensive set of e-government services, following the expansion of e-services, the operation of the "digital appointments" platform myOAEDlive, the redesign of the website www.oaed.gr and the new application OAEDapp for mobile and tablet.
