The new Integrated State Aid Information System (ISIS ) for inclusion in the programmes of the new NSRF 2021/27 goes live today , Thursday, 19 January 2023.
The aim of the OPSKE is to be the central hub for the management of all state aid and de minimis actions and interventions of the SA CAP co-financed by the European Funds aid measures for the programming period 2021/27. Also programmes, actions or projects funded by national or EU funds, such as:
- the National Development Programme
- the Recovery and Resilience Fund, and
- the regular budget
It will be managed from the Proposal Submission stage to the Long Term Obligation Control of the beneficiaries.
The OPSKE guarantees the transparency, efficiency and effectiveness of interventions. The aim is to promote healthy entrepreneurship and, through it, economic and social development.
Much more modern from the State Aid Information System that successfully managed the actions of the previous programming period, the upgraded IPSCE ensures interconnection with public data platforms (taxis, ERGANI, GEMI etc.) and is expected to welcome at least 400,000 investment projects. The new IPSCE has at its core the facilitation of the prospective investor/beneficiary.
Through this tool businesses interested in receiving funding from the new NSRF 2021/27 programmes are invited. They can create their "profile" on the new online platform, at www.opske.gr, from Thursday 19 January at 12:00. They can submit proposals to the actions that are expected to be published soon.
