New Action: grants for existing businesses affected by the pandemic in areas with major natural disasters

The new Action of the EPANEK, Grant to existing businesses affected by the pandemic in areas affected by major natural disasters, aims to ensure sufficient liquidity for existing businesses affected by the pandemic, in areas affected by major natural disasters and to maintain the continuity of economic activity during and after the outbreak of COVID-19. The provided grant of the Action will contribute to securing part of the necessary liquidity for the resumption of local economic activities, as well as to ensuring the continuity of the operation of businesses, indirectly supporting the preservation of jobs.

Applications up to 18,000 per beneficiary company are subsidized, with a lump sum to provide liquidity and cover future operating costs.

The grant relates to the following indicative operating costs, which are eligible for the Action:

  1. business premises rentals
  2. energy, fixed and mobile business telephony, water, heating, etc.
  3. costs for third party fees (legal, consulting, accounting support, etc.)
  4. promotion and networking costs (design and printing of advertising posters, advertisements, costs of participation in professional exhibitions corporate website/Creation and / or Upgrade, etc.)
  5. costs of procurement of consumables
  6. Depreciation of fixed equipment (tangible and intangible)
  7. Wage costs of the company's personnel

Budget of the action

The budget of the Action is 26 million euros (20 million) Euro for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and 6 million euros on Large Enterprises ).

The Action is funded as part of the Union's response to the COVID-19 pandemic

Beneficiaries of the Action are businesses, regardless of their legal form, that operate legally and operate in the areas affected by natural disasters listed below and in a separate area of their home for which they are applying for aid:

  • Municipality of Mantoudi-Limni-Agia Anna, (Prefecture of Evia)
  • Municipality of Istiaia-Edipsos (Prefecture of Evia)
  • Municipal Region of Arkalochori in the Municipality of Minoa-Pediados (Heraklion Prefecture)
  • Municipal District of Damasi in the Municipality of Tyrnavos (Prefecture of Larissa)
  • Municipal District of Mesochori in the Municipality of Elassona (Prefecture of Larissa)

Electronic Submission Start Date: Friday 13/05/2022 at 12:00
Electronic Submission End Date: Friday 17/06/2022 at 15:00

Electronic submission for business grants

The application for funding is submitted electronically to the State Aid Information System (PASKE), at the following address: www.ependyseis.gr/mis

Applications for funding will be evaluated on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the date of electronic submission to the Stade Aid Information System.
