Regarding the implementation of the housing programme " My House", the
DYPA
informs that between 3 April and 9 August:

• A total of 39,587 applications were submitted, of which 34,420 have already been assessed, i.e. almost 9 out of 10 (87%)
• Of the 34,420 applications evaluated, 23,393 were pre-approved, i.e. almost 7 out of 10 (68%), while the rest were rejected as they did not meet the requirements
• Of the 23,393 pre-approvals, 7,976 loans have been approved, i.e. more than 1 in 3 (34%), as a property has been found and legal and technical control has started, with an average approval amount of 105,584 euros
• In total, the approvals have committed €631,604,489 which represents 84% of the total budget of €750 million for the ISPA programme

It is recalled that through the programme My house young people or young couples 25-39 years old can acquire a house with a monthly instalment significantly lower than that corresponding to the market mortgage loans, as 75% of the capital is granted interest-free by the FRY, while for the three-parent families and large families (and those who acquire this status) the loan is interest-free in its entirety.
