The beneficiaries of the My House programme
It is recalled that through the My House programme, young people or young couples aged 25-39 can acquire a house with a monthly instalment significantly lower than that of the market mortgages. 75% of the capital is granted interest-free by the DYPA, while for those with three or more children (and those who acquire this status) the loan is interest-free in its entirety.
