KPMG: The Advisory Graduate Recruitment Program for the year 2024 has just started

Yesterday, July 17, 2024, the staffing process officially started in Consulting (Consulting and Deal Advisory), Tax and Legal (Legal) href=”https://espa.io/c/ipiresies-epidotisi/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>services of KPMG, with young graduates of University Schools, undergraduate and postgraduate level. The program will be active throughout the summer.

The program was designed exclusively for graduates of Higher University Institutions in Greece and abroad (at undergraduate and postgraduate level), Technology (STEM: Natural Sciences, Information Technology, Engineering Science and Mathematics). Financial, Economic and Administrative direction (or other related subject), as well as Legal direction. It is addressed to people characterized by creativity, teamwork, dynamism and orientation to the result. Work experience is not a prerequisite (0 to 3 years), but a very good knowledge of the English language is necessary.

The selection process initially includes sending a resume to our above advertisement and followed by participation in an Assessment Center, where candidates will have the opportunity to showcase their talent. Then personal interviews will follow.

The selected candidates officially join the Consulting, Deal Advisory and Tax & Legal sectors of KPMG, following a structured onboarding program, while at the same time they are integrated into working groups receiving continuous support throughout their career at KPMG.
